    Thanks for all the help, I finally just broke down and did a system reset (I did backup current config before i did that) and now anybody can pickup a call on hold.

    When calls are placed on hold, only the line that put the call on hold can pick up. It was working where anybody could pick up the line, there was a power surge and now all hold calls are set to exclusive even if you only hit hold once, not double tab hold (which does not make a difference) I...
