I am using XP Pro..I have not yet tried setting there resolution down that far..but I will. I think you are on to something with the video. Keep them coming.
I am using the TCP/IP option for the clients...it's a strange thing...it has to be something local to these machines. If it was a global problem I would be getting phone calls all day from my clients. Thanks for the input, anymore would be great.
I upgraded the Bios today and tested the laptop...it seemed to work fine. But when the client got to there site she logged into citrix and tried to send and e-mail..and the system locked. I went out to the toshiba forum and did not get any help there. So if there are any other ideas please...
I company bought two Toshiba Pro Laptops 1800-S274's, the problem with these is when the users log in to citrix the laptop freezes and forces them to do a hard re-boot. I have a 150 clients logging onto citrix and the only clients locking up are the ones using the Toshiba laptops. Has anyone...
Have you had any luck on finding a solution for this?? I am also trying to figure out how to sync up my COO's local outlook with his citrix outlook. Let me know if you've found anything out. Thanks.
