We are getting a lot of cti data from MLS on CC6 but don`t ever see outbound dialled number (the number a person in the company dials when making an outbound call. We has set AST and IAPG on phones, SECU on the CC6 link is also on - what other config could we be missing?

Thanks - yes MLSM and vsm services are running - secu is yes. IAPG and AST are set on the phones - we see most cti data just nothing to do with outbound dialled number
Thank you. I appreciate your reply. I probably wasn`t clear in my explanantion though - we aren`t using cdr - we use the MLS from Contact Center 6 which goes over IP not out the CDR port.
Hello, we are trying to get MLS to capture outbound dialled number (i.e. when we internally make a call to the outside) but it does not show up in the CT stream. Is there any specific config that needs to be done on the switch so that this type of data becomes availalbe to MLS?

We still use the old M2250 operator consoles for our reception desk. We use CC6 with MLS for cti. I would like to know if there is a way to cti enable these sets so that MLS picks up call information to / from these sets. On ordinary sets pretty much all we have to do is enable AST...
