I should add that it's a wired connection with the cable going into the router first, then to the PC.
Any other information I can provide to help in troubleshooting?
The Win 98 pc is attached to the internet via the cable hookup. The computer's network adapter is a Linksys Network Everywhere Fast Ethernet (NC100 v2) if that helps.

I have found that simply turning on design mode and then turning it off again makes all my controls work. But I have tried and tried to get my code to do that at the end of each auto text entry... I can get it turn design mode off, but it won't turn it back off.
