    Problem upgrading NS1000/NS700 to v7

It may have been the way I did it - when I started the update I just uploaded PCMPR to the system. This is just for the NS1000 It may be that if I had also uploaded PFMPR for the NS700 at the same time that both would have upgraded.. I'll try that next time.

    Problem upgrading NS1000/NS700 to v7

Hi So as an update it's back working now. Had to disconnect the 1000 and reinitialise the 700 to get it in stand alone mode. Then the new file could be applied. \Finally added it back as a slave again and all is working.

    Problem upgrading NS1000/NS700 to v7

Hi, happy new year to everyone! I have a site that consists of a NS1000 + NS700. There were some issues with the holiday table not working, we think due to old firmware. Both units were at v4.5. I uploaded the v7 firmware and selected both units to upgrade. The NS1000 has upgraded fine but...

How to block outgoing calls to certain numbers on specific trunks on TDE200

Hi Thanks but I should have said what I am trying to achieve. I'm not trying to stop the users calling mobiles, I'm trying to make them use different trunks. I have a mixture of GSM, Landlines and voip lines. I'm trying to force them not to use the landlines to call mobiles as it's expensive.

CO line not in ICD but extension can pick it up with SP button

Hi All, A strange issue... TDE100 with T7636 phones. There are 30 incoming lines, all have an ICD group with extensions as members. On 4 of these lines certain extensions are not members of the relevant ICD group - and the line does not ring there. The users use headsets and use the...

How can I listen to calls on a TDE100

Hi all, I have a TDE100 with T7633/6 handsets. I want to allow managers to listen in to other extensions. Is this possible? I found a bit in the manual under "Call Monitor" It mentions preprogrammed extension can do this - anyone know how I can set this up? I can't see anything in the...

Advice on incoming call handling on TDA30 please

Hi, I use a TDA30. There are 10 incoming trunks and a coupel of VOIP lines. All lines go to ICDs and can be picked up by any extension. After 30s they go to the SVM card. I would like to play a welcome/informational message to the caller when they ring (instead of ring tone) to give us more...
