    Overprint Grayscale Graphic from Photoshop

jimoblak - I have it saved as an eps, but I can save it any way, it doesn't really matter as long as it overprints. Lessa - if I did the whole thing in Photoshop would the black graphic overprint on the background automatically?

    Overprint Grayscale Graphic from Photoshop

I have a grayscale image in Photoshop that I need to overprint on the background that I have in InDesign. It's not doing it automatically, apparently. I'm using version CS for both. As always, any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Oh thank God! I changed my spot color to a process and the whole thing worked just fine (of course, now the client wants to remove the drop shadows, but at least I know for next time!) No, this digital copier doesn't use Pantone inks, it tries to replicate them and the client choose a color...

Hello - I need help immediately! Trying to get out a brochure for a client! Problem: I have some black text (default black swatch) with a drop shadow on a Pantone background. When I print to a digital copier, the text with the drop shadow has a faint box all around it. When I export a PDF...
