I am building a query for a table that has datetimedown and datetimeup. They are in the format of #6/27/2002 3:00:54 AM#.
I want to filter out any time(hours) that are between 3AM and 7AM in the datetimedown field.
I have created a field in the query:
DateTimeDownHours: ([flddateTimeDown])...
I am having a strange problem with Outlook I am hoping someone can help with.
We had a website transferred to a new web host. Went thru the domain transfer thing, etc. Once the new website and e-mail was up and running, the e-mail was set up on each workstation. We had some problems with the...
Stupid Mistake..
I found the problem. When one changes their own titles, one should, at the very least, REMEMBER THIS!!!!!!
Thank you for your attention. In case anyone read it. :-)

I used the following in a text box as a report footer. Actually I have a few of these with different "Categories"
=DSum("[HoursWorked]","[qryOvertime]","[Category] = Type 1' AND [fldFullPart]='Part' ")
During setup and testing, the calculations worked great. Now that the database is in use...
I hope what I have is an easy question.
I have a report that gives overtime hours sorted by Category of Overtime (Category A, ,B, C...thru F.) and type of employee (Sworn or Civilian)under each category.
Under each category and type of employee, there is a total of the hours for employee type...

How can the right click on the desktop be disabled using Group Policy? Specifically, I would like to disable the New selection when right clicking on the desktop. This policy has locked down the users ability to do anything with the computer except navigate to specific sites by IP addresses...
This is a crazy problem. I know what you are saying and have checked everything. Straight IP needs no resolution and should work.
All workstations (50 or so) are having the same problem, since they are set to DHCP from this server.
If I go to 10.50.10.50 (Ex), the browser just grinds away and...
Right IP and I can ping it. Remote Desktop settings are correct also. All the addresses had been used over the last year and had been saved. I contacted an admin on the WAN not at my location and everything works for him.
Thanks,
Jerry
Thanks for advice in advance.
My problem is this:
On our network we are using an IP address to navigate to a particular website on the WAN which is not at our location.
I installed the latest Windows Updates, rebooted the Server, which is also the DNS server locally. Now I can browse the...
I have set up Group Policy for a User Group to include Content Advisor. It works great with one exception.
If an administrator signs on (that is not in the Group) or if there is a change made in the settings on the server, I have to go into each user on the computer and Enable Content Advisor...

I am trying to add leading zeroes to a number in a work order. The incrementing part works fine. When i try to add the leading zeroes, it doesn't work. I am assuming that because it is a number it is stripping the leading zeroes.
WONumber = Right(DMax("fldwo", "tblAvionicsMainWO")...
I don't know if I am missing something simple or if I am trying to make this too simple.
I am creating a work order number from the last 2 digits of the year, which seems to be working.
The 2nd part of the work order number should increment by "1" after counting the records. The Work Order...
