I stumbled onto the fix. It was a fix for a different error, but it works on my pc.
C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Application Data\NewHeights\YA
delete ya.cfg reload app and it works.
Why couldnt anyone tell me this?
the pc is an IBM thinkpad T43. We only have 1 pc that actually is functioning. Another pc was working fine for a day or so and then just died with the same error.
Can someone help me fix this... Our Mitel guy here cannot seem to fix it and I am not a phone guru, I do networking.
I have already reinstalled YA and no luck.

Having an issue with YA 3.3 connecting to the switch. My trace shows my pc sending a sync and the switch sending a reset. Has anyone seen this before, my Mitel guru and I went through all the configs and they are correct according to the Mitel docs. thanks in advance.
