WinME Photo Editor Problem
Recently installed Win ME over Win 95. 95 had Microsoft Photo Editor 3.01. I was very happy with it. WinME uses "Imaging". All jpegs and pics are very unclear, look animated. Cant figure out how to fix the problem. Would like to download Photo Editor 3.01 from web, but cant find...- WinME
