No backup. I took over this job and the person before me wouldnt touch our off site systems. I know i should be able to log on to the unified manager and set the lines up. However i have no telephonhy knowledge.- edweird13

Hello I have a BCM 200 that was struck by lightining. After replacing the system board we found out the hard drive was bad. After buying a new drive and re initalizing it the phones.
