    CP150 message replay starts too low.

    I have installed a new CP150, and when playing back messages, they start out too low and build up to normal volume level. Am I missing something? Jeff.

    Cannot answer ringing phone

    I recently installed a Norstar CICS system. The customer complaints that 3 to 5 times a week, extension 221 (M7310) rings like an incoming long distance call. The call does not ring at any of the other ringing sets, and cannot be picked up from any of the sets, including extension 221. Jeff.

    ATA & dialing 9

    I did set the ATA with a prime line, but it still picks up an intercom path. When I dial 9 the it picks up the prime line (line 3) for outdialing. Jeff

    I have a customer with a 616 DR5 KSU. He also has a fax machine connected to line 3 via an ATA adaptor. We are trying to reinstate a feature of direct dialing (bypassing dialing 9 for line access). Any help would be apreciated. Jeff.
