Mitel is telling me I have to get a new controller card and the latest software release to get the license changed to me. They want an incredibly high price. Looks like I am hosed.

I think I am back to the original question of the E.8 error and the bay being in MAJOR alarm.
I only have a maintenance two user/password and using it to access the CDE gives me: Form number 4 cannot be accessed.
I assume I need the default administration user/password for the CDE. I realize this information is not posted. Is there a way I can get it?

On power up after showing H, C, - for a few minutes each on the MCCIII-ML Statum-4, the top LED reads E. and the bottom reads 8. The bay controller is in the alarm state. The SX-200 program card is Rel 3.0.
Any help would be appreciated.
