Yes form 28 has INST and MAINT1 as R/W on all 48 forms. MAINT2,SUPER,ATT are none on all 48 forms.

I only have a maintenance two user/password and using it to access the CDE gives me: Form number 4 cannot be accessed. I assume I need the default administration user/password for the CDE. I realize this information is not posted. Is there a way I can get it? Thanks.

On power up after showing H, C, - for a few minutes each on the MCCIII-ML Statum-4, the top LED reads E. and the bottom reads 8. The bay controller is in the alarm state. The SX-200 program card is Rel 3.0. Any help would be appreciated.
