Have my MAS200 3.71 testing server run on VWware workstation 5.51 with Windows Server 2003STD installed on same PC workstation I use everyday over a year. So far, no issue. Not sure if you want to run a production server on it.

Update: I found out most of our EDI imported SOs having the same issue when posting and it happened on the common line manually add next to the item line after import. We are using True Commerce EDI solution and we are not experiencing any other issue.
