Thanks for the info. I ended up finding the software and loaded it up and it works great on the network. My issue now is that if I am on a VPN connection, there is not sound through the headset. Oddly, the microphone works fine. With the same audio settings, other applications work fine...- mntekuser99

I migrated to a new laptop and loaded 4.0. the tech from the provider that sold us the phone system said that i was getting the "trial message" because we were licensed for 2.0 and not 4.0. We are licensed for avaya 2050 softphones, but we are licensed for version 2.0a and not the current 4.0. I think it was nortel when we purchased the licenses.
