I've been running Coreldraw 8 on a win2kpro machine for a year with few problems. Early on I had a problem with the workspace not showing the file menu on the main toolbar and I can't remember how I fixed it.
Suddenly Corel started using 100% of the CPU in trying to save files. It locks up...
You have several options: ask them what printer they're using, get a copy of the driver and print to file from Corel. The *.prn file will have all the fonts downloaded to their printer.
