Hi Chaps Thanks for trying to help with the Exec Overide. It seems this is not available through 505 & 506 in the UK I have have to change bits in 990 and 991 to achieve it, you can then ring extension press 3 and you have silently join their call Thanks Mike

Hi I have connected with ppd1232 and the executive busy overide is not there either?????? In COS in PPD jumps from Call Fwd to CO (504) to DND Overide (507) 505 and 506 missing !!!!!!!!!!! Any ideas pulling hair out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards Mike
