As far as I know one of the main advantages of a PRI over T1 is that you can dynamically allocate the channels as inbound / outbound whereas with a voice T1 they have to allocated as one or the other.

For each set that you want caller id information automatically shown you need to enable it for each line that has an appearance on that set.
Under the programming for each set go to telco features -> feature assign and change Call Log Set to yes for each line.
