Well I got it to work by setting outlook to require authentication when sending via SMTP. Is this how I should be doing it? I guess this has to do with allowing other servers to relay off of me also?

Okay, I can connect to POP and download mail... but I am still getting the "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay" message when I send a message to any external address... any suggestions?
