Is anyone familiar with software that automatically saves attachments to a specified folder on arrival? I am looking for a server-based solution that allows you to target certain mailboxes.

OK, I seem to have fixed the problem. I started using the external IP of our email server.
I guess the 3300 did not like talking to it on our network, and wants to go through the public side?
OK, by adding the local system to the Networked Vmail Server, I stop getting the first message.
I continue to get the other 3 messages. I added a new IP to the exchange server and a SMTP connection specifically for the Mitel box that has no filters on it and allows relaying, etc.

I send myself a message from hotmail to my exchange account. The server receieves the message, but after that, I get all this in the log and the message is not delivered to my mailbox... any ideas? Thanks.

Well I got it to work by setting outlook to require authentication when sending via SMTP. Is this how I should be doing it?
I guess this has to do with allowing other servers to relay off of me also?
Okay, I can connect to POP and download mail... but I am still getting the "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay" message when I send a message to any external address...
any suggestions?
I'm using Outlook XP. I tried it both on the server itself and on my local machine, connecting from inside the network both times.
I only have two account setup: the admin and myself. It doesn't work for either.
