    We have a problem to programmatically login an agent via SCCS. It works on an option11c in our lab, but not at a customer site on an option61. It however works on site if we take the phone off-hook, and then do a programmatic login. We use Envox CT Connect to talk to Symposium. Any ideas? Ipl
