No.. week sold is in my child report and weekpaying is in my main report..
Basicaly i want that field weekpaying lookin on : weekpaying and weeksold
what i want is a look up..

That main report has basically is only to select the week(that means the week that we sell jobs) year`s week.
Main report(1) has : weekpaying,repsname,branch
that report comes from a query.. when i type the week number brings all the jobs sold of the week selected..
and i have another...

BUT IN SUBREPORT 2 IS NOT PICKIN UP THE RECORDS...

i have done a formula in the query..
weekpaying : weeksold+1
example: if we are on week 2 week paying is 3
(we pay the jobs that we sell on the next week)
but when i select that week 3 for example on my main report that subreport does not come up with the records..
i work on main report to...

=IIf([CASHJOBS].Report.HasData=-1,[CASHJOBS].Report!TEXT127,0)
BUT WHEN I HAVE DATA SHOWS UP WITH ERROR...

the point is: i need that subreport total showin numbers, if the subreport has no data i need showing 0, if has data i need that formula : [cash jobs].[report]![totalcomm]

i,ve got 3 subreports on main report each with total price,
and i use the hasdata formula but still having problem..
formula for subreports on main report : =[cash jobs].[Report]![totalcomm]
on cach jobs report i`ve got : =sum([totalcomm])
and when i have no data shows...
thanks hitechuser!!!!!! is working now , but i have another problem if the subform has no record, the formula shows error , i need showing number 0 for the grand total works!!!
