I have a wireless Avaya AWH55-USB headset with an IP406 running Phone Manager Softphone 4.x version. Everything works great except the people I talk to hear static. The static is the same whether or not I am closer to the signal receiver or not.
My phone system wasn't put on a seperate vLAN...

My USER is set to Phone Manager Softphone, I have VOIP enabled on my Phone Manager Pro, but the only thing that hadn't done was set an IP address for my EXTENSION. Should I add my IP address for my computer, the help for the extension says to leave it 0.0.0.0...
Sorry to be so vague, early Monday morning.
I want to use a headset on my desktop at work through the computer and not use the 5610 phone. Potentially give it to someone else and do everything via VOIP with Phone Manager Pro.

I have VOIP, Model 5610 SW and Phone Manager Pro (3.2.28).
I have Phone Manager Pro at home too and I know I can do this.
At the office, I only want to login into Phone Manager PRO and It won't let be do that until I login into the Model 5610 first.
