One for the IP office reporting gurus.
We have an IP Office 412, about 150 users including 25 on the call centre.
We are running the latest version of the software (6.1), we also have CCC (5.2.19).
We want to be able to report on any extension to display information such as the numbers...

Anyone installed this yet? If so, any new bugs we should be aware of? Currently on 4.1.9 (IP Office 412), and our external support company informed us that the version we are on is the reason of random reboots, calls being dropped etc.
We are advised to upgrade to the latest, but as always...

"If I add a speed dial on the actual handset, is it not the case that all I have to do is to press SpDial, then press the button next to the name and it would dial the programmed number?" - should have specified that when I do that, it does not dial out. This was my issue.
