    Scratch my last message. I came in this morning and have the same problem. I can't get rights. It seems to occur over night (or some period of time). What gives?

    Here's an interesting one: I recently installed a brand new 5.1 sp2a Compaq server (named SHMAIN). It was merged into an existing mixed 4.10, 5.0 tree. It's supposed to replace a 4.10 server(named MAIN). Both MAIN & SHMAIN have a sys and a vol1 volume. I copied all of vol1 from MAIN...
