    Hi found the source of the problem. Don't know know why but the DDI the user was using is not a valid one. strange that only after months working the user complained about it. Thank you for your help.

    Sorry, Where exactly I should look into it as I have downloaded all three ISDN trace file (Acumulation_Trace,Error_Trace and RealTimeTrace) and can't find anything. Maybe I'm missing something. Any tip on how to find that information on those files? They are quite big.
