I upgraded GW from 5.5.2 to 5.5.4 upon upgrading I found that when my staff receives E-Mail, the senders are notified that the mail is received, opened & even deleted.
How can I stop this, (turn this feature off). I have tried quite a few things including updating to the newest GWIA Agent.
