With regards to the problems with being "Unable to attach to \\EXCHANGE\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes. Access denied. Just be worth checking that the Backup Exec Mailbox is not hidden. This will cause this to happen. Just go to the main Exchange Window and check on View_Hidden Mailboxes.
Edit the config.cf file in the raptor management console ( right click on Firewall then "All tasks_Editor")Uncheck (remove #) where "smtpd.max_body_line_length=4096" and increase line length size, e.g. this size of 4096.
