    Thats great Thanks So It will handle up to 128 trunks. I take it I can set up say 1 trunk with 14 channels with one provider and a second trunk with 4 channels with a second provider.? Just add it in lines with a new line ID? Cheers

    Hello I have just tried that and it does limit me to the 2 trunks i specified but will not let me out with a 9 prefix. If i pick up the line using the trunk code it works fine but not the 9. it must not like there being 2 entries of 9CZ in the dial plan.!!

    In lines and networking make sure you lines have a code and are also part of a trunk group. if not this would explain the problems your having.
