    It may have been my fault. I've gone in and inserted blank pages at the end of each odd chapter, rather than relying on the 'Begin on an Odd page'. Now the PDF is coming out correct with the blank numbered pages. Thanks for your help Andrew.

    Hi, I'm converting an 16 chapter book into its final PFD, its set to start each chapter on an odd page. When there is text on the even facing page preceding the new chapter it's fine, however on the pages without any text no blank page shows up in the PDF. I believe this will cause problems...
