    no...the download issue only happens on the webaccess server... and only on the webaccess 5.5.2.1 server no issues on our original 5.5 webaccess server...

    i had looked at those TIDs yesterday...similar to the problem...but not the problem...the file extension doesn't disappear and the file is not of size zero... thanks for the heads up tho...

My workplace uses WebAccess 2.1 to get our email and we have noticed that if you try and download attachments on pc's with IE 5.5 (any OS) the file is automatically saved in this format *.*[1]. Example setup.exe[1] instead...
