I did a restore via Element Manager/Admin/Restore/Restore/restoreFromFactoryDefault. All the steps went perfectly but the unit
ended up with the same issues: The Call Pilot does not launch and the phone's display disappears as soon as I enter a fonction...

Hi there, I appreciate having some information on how to react when I get this : (Quick Install wizard) whenever I activate (launch CallPilot Manager) on BCM50 to stat it. Then it asks to provide the following system settings:
Attendant DN and other things.
