I am having an issue where when I goto reporting>realtime>realtime detail I get this lovely Java coffee pot just grinding away.
The only way I can get past this is to restart the call center reporting service and then all is fine for a few hours until I have to restart the service...
Hi all,
In reporting for call center, say every third log in, and I do the real time detail agent report where the skillset and users show I get this "world.gif" image that will not load and to get past it I have to reboot.
Has anyone had a similar problem or know of a fix.

We had the same issue last week went installing, the Nortel rep had us do a free upload to 150, I believe. Do a total install then reinstal. Installing the reporting module first then the call module second.
