I found the problem Guys. It seems that there are different revision on the Mitel Superset 4025 and 4150 phones. To my current knowledge any phone with revision F and prior works with the GN Netcom Headsets. Hi all, I have a Gn Netcom 2120 Direct Connect headset that works with 2 of our 3 Mitel Superset 4150 phones. For some reason it doesn't work on the third.
