    EPO 3.0 Framepkg.exe silent install

    I cannot get this switch to be successful either. /q comes back with an invalid parameter. /Silent doesn't do anything. framepkg.exe looks like a wrapper but I cannot get it to run w/o user intervention. (OK at end of install)
