    Outlook 97 Task reminders not functioning

    I have a user who has created a sub-folder under her Task folder in Outlook 97. The reminders for the tasks in the main folder pop up, but reminders for tasks in the sub-folder do not. Is she trying to make Outlook do something it isnt designed to do by using sub-folders?

    Yes, I tested it on her pc, and then went back and tested it on my own pc to see if it was her user profile. I had the same problem.
