I tried all 4 (UDP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPS). I think the SD card had 11.1.2.something on it so there wasn't a big leap to 11.1.3.
Pinging was no problems. Manager, Web Manager and System Status app is connecting perfectly, it's just SysMonitor for some reason... Have never had this issue before...

If you consider upgrading IPO500v2 and have a lot of 3rd party endpoints you may need a critical patch, or wait for SP4 (11.1.2.4)

The root cause was that ti IPO could not handle the way these 3rd part SIP phones sent registration messages (contencts and timing)
