I'm working on an IPO 9.0.12 and every monday or tuesday it will do a cold restart IPO 1 and IPO 2 and the Alarm will read No Memory or No Pools...any suggestions
In my IP Office I have 2 500 units this morning we had both IPO 500's go down on cold restart with an alarm saying "No Pool" first time we're seeing this alarm to cause a cold restart, now we just replaced the chassis for both 500 units because we were experiencing at least 2 cold restarts a day...
No I'm looking at the phone through the Network Information and it's showing when the packet loss increases is at the time the call quality starts to get bad
I have 2 phones on my IP Office that are getting packet loss of 79% after being on a call for 1 min and 40 sec they are plugged into an Avaya 3524 G power switch the only two phones on that switch they are 9608G's what could be causing this
I have (2) extensions that their voicemail is calling the other person, they're setup in a hunt group and when a call comes in to the group and no answer one of the voicemail will call the other phone and when you pickup he hears the voicemail message any IDEAS
