Is it possible you could compile the report into an executable file? Use the select expert to input a date on the report before you compile it. Users will then be asked for their input date before the compiled executable runs.

Hi Chris, I'm no expert in odbc but have been using Crystal for some years now. As you only have a couple of tables I suggest you load them one at a time and then in the smartlinking window browse the data of each field. I suspect that you will find a field ie 'customer number' that reports odbc...

I am new to sage 100. What is the relationship between 'this record' and 'parent record' in the tables and which is the best way of linking them.
Does anyone have knowledge of 'odbc error, column not found'?
