    Arcseve 2000 Detecting wrong type of tapes.

    Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. We have an IBM 3582 LTO2 tape drive. We've loaded LTO2 tapes into the drive and when we format them they show up in arcserve as Ultrium-1. Has anyone ever had this?? I've upgraded to SP5 for arcserve and the drive firmware is at the latest level. Help! :)...

    Intermittent Pings

    Hi, We've just setup a new firewall andwe've added a web server behind a DMZ. Our problem is: When we ping the web server it intermittently pings from both our internal network and the internet. We are not using NAT or Address tramsforms we only have a redirect. Can anybody help?? Thanks. :)
