Cust. has ACS Rel 7 with Partner Mess. Rel. 7 4 Port Lic. Card
Has worked fine for a month, today when some one enter any digit on their phone the Auto Attendant says invalid entry and the call does not go thru. What could be wrong?

I am trying to add additional paths for operator at ext 10 to be able to receive more than one call at a time on a merlin Rel. 7. She has a 20 Button phone.

Thank You Dagwoodsystems I tried your suggestion, but while it did not make a difference I realized that Ext. 25 had 2 coverage buttons for ext. 17. Thanks again for your reply.

When a call comes ins and the AA answers and your press ext 17 it rings, and about 50% of the time it goes back to the AA Greeting and 50% of the time it goes to Ext 17 Voice mail after it rings, Seems that just started happening.
Rebooted phone system & Voice Mail, deleted ext 17 from Group 30...
Working on a Magix, had to turn the power off, and when I turn the power back on the 4412D only show date and time, before it used to show: Old Messages____ New Messages___
Please advise if this is something that can be programmed.

How do I set up a button on the console to activate Auto Attendant to answer at that point all incoming calls?
Now they are forwarding calls to an answering service, but will like to start using the AA.

I Have a problem with a Legend rel 4.where every couple of days I have to turn off the phone system and restart to clear lines that are on hold and/or busy and they are not released.
The hold disconnect is set up to long to be able to do remote forwarding. Your help would be appreciated.

Legend 4.0 when I call forward an extension to outside number it picks up a line and it drops it whithin a second.
Have activated remote forwarding, trunk to trunk transfer, ARS class 3 on the extension and the extensions asociated with voice mail (Merlin Mail 4 ports Rel 3)What could be wrong?
