I agree with all of the above too. Add call-waiting ID to analog lines on my list. Many residential users have this feature, but none of the Norstar KSU's or software support the feature unfortunately.

Anyone know of a way to user caller ID waiting with a CICS?

Any idea if Nortel is ever going to support "call waiting ID" on Norstar, or "call waiting ID options"? Using a CICS in a residential application with analog lines, and it would be nice if the CICS could see the call waiting ID information. Thanks!
