Hello,
We have an Nortel Option 11 switch, Callpilot Server, and Symposium 6 running our inbound call center.
I am trying to add a new Skillset to our current Queue but I continue to receive "Your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later" message. This is what I have done...
We are using (Option 11c switch, 201i version 04.04.04.30 callpilot, and CCM 6.0 Symposium). I have added new phones to the switch and now want to set them up for Voice Mail. Is this done in the CLS? What steps to I take to get Voice Mail setup on the new phones (M3904 series phones)?
Thanks
Just wanted to let everyone know that we changed the: b) Use Administrator Tools > Local Security Policy > Security Options. Change the "Microsoft Network Client Digitally sign communications (always)" setting to "Disabled" and reboot the server and reboot the server and it is now backing up...
SSJVirus007,
Thank you very much. We are going to reboot the server Monday. I hate to do anything before the weekend. Is there a standard procedure for rebooting the CP box?
The IT Manager and I greatly appreciate all the prompt assistance we have received on this issue. I will let...
pronei,
We are able to ping the server. However, it appears it has to do with Windows Networking. We cannot browse Windows Shares on any machine even shares setup on CP box, from CP box. But we can connect from other boxes to the CP box.
Utreg,
We created a new schedule back up in CP but...
pronei,
It does not prompt us for a username and password.
DFKSydney,
We have the ngensys user created on the remote box, but the cp box cannot establish a network share to any box even if we create a share on the CP box give ngensys full permissions.
We get the error that the account is not...
Jephph,
We were told that the nortel equipment (Callpilot and Symposium) cannot be on our domain by our supplier. The server we were backing up to was and is on our domain.
Thanks pronei,

I read thread798-1191852 and we are having the same issue. Our Callpilot backups (Option 11c switch, 201i version 04.04.04.30 callpilot, and CCM 6.0 Symposium) stopped back in November and we are unable to start backing them up to one of our servers. We checked all of our security and share...
We are using CCM 6.0 and are looking to revise our front-end applications (options customers have to choose from) and we are worried that if we make the changes to the current CDNs we will lose or skew our historical reporting. What is the best practice for making changes to your master script...
Thanks Milesprower,
So far so good. We were making it more difficult than it really is. We are connected into the blue database views.
Your help has been greatly appreciated. If anything else comes up I will post.
Thanks Padraig,
That is what we gathered from the documentation. We don't want to write to the Symposium database, we just want to pull the data so we can import into our own reporting tools. With that said, we are still trying to figure out which database we are to use to pull the read only...
We are finally able to conect into the server through ODBC; however, what database do we use to pull from? blue or CBC or is there another one we should be using? Are there risks we should be aware of as well?
Thanks sandyml, We are using the Server Utility (Sybase server utility), but we cannot get past the user name and password (we have tried all the ones we have) nor can we determine what the database name is. We don't have experience with prior Symposium versions. We jumped in with CCM 6.0.
We know there is a blue database on our server and we know we cannot access it; however, what is the database that we can gain access to to extract data.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. We have read through the Nortel documentation and cannot get it to work. All the login and...
