I am doing that currently, but the issue is that while doing so, the image becomes grainy and i lose its quality. I was just wondering how these socail community sites manage the image quality. In some pages the person's image is small, in some it is big, still the image looks good.
Is there any way using Javascript that we can remove a paramter from the browser URL window without refreshing the page?
I was trying self.location.search, but modifying that submits with the new query string.
Thanks in advance

I wanted to check if anyone is aware of any javascript library which can be used to preserve the aspect ratio of images. My requirement is that whatever dimensions the original image has, I need to be able to resize it (so that it fits my page) without losing its quality.
Thanks is advance

Hi All,
I have a problem here, I want to display XML(i have the XML in a string) AS-IS in a HTML.
I mean i dont want the browser to parse it, simply show it in the collapsable-expandable format(there is nothing else i want to display except the XML content).
Any help would be appreciated...
Hello All,
I was wondering as to how few sites provide the option of altering our browser settings and set our home page to their URL.
Anyone who has any knowledge about it, please let me know
Thanks and regards,
A
