Attachments bundled as .DTF file and cannot be opened
Two of our users are getting attachments (MS Office documents) bundled as one .DTF file that they cannot open. I had the original (outside) sender forward the message to me and I got the correct attachments and when I forward this message to the two users they also get the correct attachments... -
Messages delete from Sent Box
Don't think of the folders as folders but rather view filters on all documents. Sent will always show you all sent messages. I always use "Send and File" and the message shows up in the folder I selected, but it still remains in the Sent folder/view - unless I filed it in Trash. -
