Enabling IMAP error
When I try to start IMAP for Exchange Server 2003 in Small Business Server 2003, I end up getting "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion". It asks me to check the event viwer, but nothing indicates this error. Thanks, Ik2003- ik2003

After enabling IMAP, how would you differientiate the logon accounts when configuring the new email account in the Outlook client for 2 different email addresses? i.e. "john.smith@abc.com" and "john.smith@xyz.com", where in my active directory I have one John Smith needing to control both email...- ik2003
