How can I reduce size of excel files

I'm using an excel worksheet with automatic graph based on advanced filter. I protect my project with password but when I want to save the workbook, there is message informing me that I can not save this file when project is protected!!? Excel crash....and when I wanrt to reopen the...

When workseet is not protected, users can cancel formulas when typing in cell with formulas. I would like to know if there is a way to rest all formulas in a sheet.

Networksdays return the number of whole workdays between 2 dates; it can not calculate EnDate.
