I used msconfig to make clean boots, and found that disabling the Plug and Play service fix it.
I tried to enable Plug and Play service and disable one by one his dependencies, but didnt work.
I could not fix it, I'll change to hibernate.
I perform a clean install of Vista Ultimate without no problems, except for this:
After suspend my laptop (default option), always boot to Windows Error Recovery screen and say that windows didn't shut down successfully. I choose Normal Startup and everything it's normal.
I update my nvidia...

I have a cisco 1760 conected to a Panasonic PBX in this configuration: CO-FXO-FXS-PBX, and the FXS was going to FXSLS_PARK state continuously.
I use "no supervisory disconnect lcfo" on fxs port configuration to resolve it.
