    Thanks linney, HD is fine. SFC is fine. Bios is fine. I used msconfig to make clean boots, and found that disabling the Plug and Play service fix it. I tried to enable Plug and Play service and disable one by one his dependencies, but didnt work. I could not fix it, I'll change to hibernate.

    KX-TA308: no disconnect with cisco router

    I don't know if this help you. I have a cisco 1760 conected to a Panasonic PBX in this configuration: CO-FXO-FXS-PBX, and the FXS was going to FXSLS_PARK state continuously. I use "no supervisory disconnect lcfo" on fxs port configuration to resolve it.
