Migrate data to Sybase
The DTS Does not work if you have to insert data into a table with a identity field. Seems the sybase OLEDB driver is incomplete :(- indywizard

Sybase ASE OLEDB Provider; MS SQL linked server
You need to install the client tools for Sybase ... Once you do that, copy c:\sybase\ini\sql.ini to from the Sybase SERVER into the your SQL Server machine C:\Sybase\INI folder. You should now be able to see the server and also link to it... I hope this helps. Enjoy.- indywizard
