Thanks for your advise, Rexxy. I have tried the vrestore -tvf command but it listed the entire tape structure. What i need is the backup date and time would be good enough. Any alternative ? Thanks.

How do i check the DLT tape backup date ? As i have few DLT backup tapes, and i wish to know what's the date that the DLT tape has been used for backup. Thanks for your advise.
