    Is my cable to long

Thanks for all the great advice. I finally had to place a hub in the middle to resolve the problem. Thank again.

    Log on Problem

I tried the F8 method. When I tried to login it did just like before and loged me back out immediately. Do you have any more suggestions. Any would be appreciated.

    Log on Problem

I have a windows 2000 pro machine. It has been working fine for a week since I got it. Now when I try to logon it makes it to the logon sound and then logs out. Does anyone have a suggestion.

    Is my cable to long

I ran a cat 5 cable 350'. I know the limit is around 295' but I had to try. The cable test good with a cable tester. The computer works fine on any other network drop but the long one. I am thinking a booster in the middle. Does anyone have suggestions on this. Any help would be greatly...
