I hope someone can help me. I have a micros e7 ws4xl currently running, I purchased an additional terminal (WS4)from ebay in working order hoping that I could simply update from pc and have running until I could find a key. fast forward 7 months. I have been unable to get the workstation...
Please can anyone assist me with the above problem. I am not unable to increment a new business day and also my epos are running slow. i know this is a very unique problem as i have not found this anywhere on the internet.
Please help a will provide any further information you may require
E7 Works fine with windows 7 i can communicate with the till just fine and perform updates etc fine on the day, but when i go to retrieve newer/all definitions on the backoffice pc i get the above messages.
I have e7 v2.7 running and recently bought a new PC with Windows 7. I transferred the software across and tried to retrieve all definitions from WS01, but i keep getting the above messages.Both systems show as having an active connection to each other but today i can't complete the EOD process...
